जाग........

A very beautiful poem by Mangesh Padgaonkar...It has a beautiful meaning hidden inside it.. I just read it and found worth sharing. The words are harcore marathi literature and hard to understand but read it twice and try to understand the meaning...

का असे वाटले होते
तु असशिल वादळ वारा?
उधळशील सार्या व्रत्ति
श्वासानी सैरावैरा ?

वाटले स्पर्श होताच
थरथरेल हे आकाश
ढाळतील पाने झाडे
होवुनीया मुक..हताश!

मी मिटुनि घेतले डोळे
पन शांत निगुढच सारें
तंद्रित कांपरया हळव्या
अन होते वाहत वारे !

कजवा एक अंधारी
शोधित भिरभिरे कांही
ती उघडमिट चमचमती
अन दुसरे काही नाही !

भुरभुरे दुर कोठेसा
बांसरीचा उतःकट सुर
वेलीपरि लावलि होती
नदितीरावर हुरहुर !

र्सवस्व लपेटित माझे

My first Blog

I don’t even remember when I had created my bolgger account but it’s definitely more than 2 years. And here I am writing my first blog today. It’s never easy to start something new, there is always fear of failing or not doing good. But as it’s been said ‘there is always a first time’.

Writing something has never been my cup of tea but the major factor in that is my handwriting :) but blogs don’t show your handwriting so I thought I can definitely give a try. Now the first and biggest question ahead of me was ‘Language?’ English/Marathi. I like Sabtharsha’s blog which is in Marathi and if you ask me I can express my thoughts more clearly in Marathi than in English. But using Devnagari script on my English keyboard I don’t think that will be cakewalk so I am starting with English hoping that soon with Sabtharsha’s help I will write something in Marathi too.

The second toughest job was to find a good title as even if the author is new at least books title should be interesting to as title tells a lot. I do go with title and that would be my first elimination criteria.

I am planning not to keep this blog to any specific topic as I might not have enough to write or share on one thing but I think general life experience and some technical topics(only if I get to a maturity level of writing on them) be more than enough.

I hope I will write something interesting soon………
